Roxy has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a trainer AND the best bit is she’s the real deal... she practices what she preaches! As a Physio I find Roxy is one of the very few trainers whose programs I trust to be realistically challenging, well structured and balanced. I love that I can tailor her workouts to go as hard or easy as I need to. I’ve honestly never felt fitter or stronger since training with Rox! 💪🏼 🙏🏼 ❤️
Training with Rox is always great. I am so happy with all of the changes in my body and mind. Rox always mixes up the training sessions, so you are never bored. She gets to know you, and exactly how to help! She is relaxed when she needs to be, knows just when you need the push, but is personable and relatable.
